Analytics & Consent

Cadnce may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the site is used. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. If analytics are implemented, we will obtain your consent before collecting any data.

Beta Signup Data

When you sign up for the beta, we collect and store the following information:

• Email address (required)
• First name (optional)
• Training focus preference (optional)
• Consent confirmation
• Hashed IP address and hashed user agent (for abuse prevention)

We do not collect health data, biometric data, or any other sensitive personal information. Your data is stored securely in the EU (AWS eu-west-2) and encrypted at rest.

We keep beta signup data for up to 12 months and delete it automatically after that period.

Email Communications

We will use your email address solely to send you product updates and launch information. You can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us. We will never share your email with third parties or use it for marketing beyond Cadnce product updates.

Data Retention & Deletion

Beta signup data is retained for up to 12 months, or until you request deletion. To request deletion of your data, contact support@cadnce.fit.
